Hi Paul and Chris, On August 10th, editors adopted this proposal. There are two pieces. I implemented item (a) (see below). Item (b) is for the chairs when you revise the status section. (b) A link from the status section to the new appendix: 'A list of substantive changes since the Working Draft dated 31 July 2006 can be found in Appendix X Changes in this Version of the Document (hyperlinked).'
