Crude DIFF from the Working-Draft-31-July-2006

I checked in crude diff HTML documents [1][2] from the Working-Draft-31-July-2006. I suggest that we use such crude diff documents until we have *stable and automated* diff documents built using DIFFMK and Ant build script.
