RE: Suggested editorial change for assertion Import-0072

Thank you for this comment.  The Working Group this issue as a CR115 [1].

 

The Working Group accepted your proposal, with the addition of "If the
location attribute in the import element information item is
dereferenceable, then." to the start of the new assertion; see [2].

 

Unless you let us know otherwise by mid-January, we will assume you agree
with the resolution of this issue.

I'd like to suggest a change for assertion Import-0072. The assertion
currently contains two assertion statements. I'd like to split the assertion
into two separate assertions. 

The current Import-0072
