[resend] Assertion SOAPBinding-2503001

Thank you for this comment.  The Working Group this issue as a CR094 [1].

 

The Working Group has fixed the build problem, and the assertion now appears
in the summary in the editor's draft [2].

 

Unless you let us know otherwise by mid-January, we will assume you agree
with the resolution of this issue.

I do not see the assertion "SOAPBinding-2503001" defined in the "Assertion
Summary" section in Part 2 [http://www.w3.org/TR/wsdl20-adjuncts] . Its been
referred from the Assertion Report.
