RPC style: an example defines a type

This is an editorial comment.

Section 4.1.2 XML Representation of the wrpc:signature Extension in
Part 2 states:

  See Example 4-1 for a definition of this type.

We should change the mark-up as this is peculiar for an example to
define something in the spec.
