Review of CR changes

Hi

Don't think it has been explicitly mentioned, but we would like to 
review the changes to the CR spec, related to the implementation issues, 
on the conf call next Tuesday (20th March). The URL to the changes is:

There are not that many changes, so hopefully everyone will have enough
