The agenda is as it was last time (enclosed) with the addition of an 
item for possibly the last F2F.

Bear in mind we MUST resolve:

	1.  CR issues
	2.  Publish the formalism working note

And we SHOULD finish:

	3. The primer

Sorry I could sort out a call this week but with the US holidays and my 
commercial CDL work it is rather busy.
