I have only just got email back after 34 hours. So I am not prepared 
for the call tonight. I shall upload a new version of the primer with 
corrections from the last meeting in the next few days and this will 
form the basis for the working note. Yves will format it into the 
correct format and then we need to reach consensus next Tuesday to 
publish.
