Sorry for the late notice, but Steve and I have decided to cancel tonight's call. The main reason is that without more comments on the primer there isn't much to talk about. In lieu of a meeting can every please read and send in comments in order to progress this work. We will have a meeting next week, using this agenda, though I will be on vacation.
