Moving toward a review for CR

Chaps (Editors),

The time is fast approaching a review period prior to CR. In order to 
facilitate this review we (the chairs and the W3C contact person - 
Yves) are agreed that we need the following:

1. A url to a document (in html) that we can review
2. A url to the previous version reviewed back in August 
(http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/chor/5/07/snapshotCR.html)
3. A document listing the differences between the two

As soon as time permits could the editors facilitate this and provide 
the necessary bundle (of urls) to ensure a speedy and accurate review 
process can be accomplished in the shortest possible time.

My aim would be to move to CR tomorrow at the call and so this is what 
shall be reflected in tomorrows agenda.
