I have, as promised been through the issues database. I enclose my 
summary and recommendations for your consideration at the call later

274 - This is probably not relevant and so should be marked as CLOSED 
WON'T FIX. But for clarity sake I would ask the owner of the issue what 
is meant by a "new" participant? And ask is this relevant any longer?

489 - Was talked about at the F2F. RECOMMENDATION - Due to Charlton's 
proposals at the F2F this should be marked as CLOSE FIXED.

506 - Discussed at F2F as part of correlation issue. RECOMMENDATION - 
WITHDRAWN this given Correlation Issue (930) was WITHDRAWN.

554 - See 489 above

556 - See 489 above

561 - XInclude was adopted and this removes/fixed all of the issues 
raised. Marked as EDITORIAL at F2F so mark as CLOSED FIXED.

563 - Was marked as EDITORIAL at the F2F and so should be marked as 
CLOSED FIXED.

566 - REASSIGN to primer.

624 - REASSIGN to requirements.

663 - Keep open - UML model for WS-CDL assigned to MC

664 - PRIMER related to 663

721 - RECOMMENDATION to leave open - Conformance.
