A long time ago I alluded to an early adopter of WS-CDL. They had tried 
BPEL for modeling what is in effect a collaboration but decided it 
wasn't the right language for this. They decided that BPEL was the 
right language for islands of orchestration and wanted some way of 
deriving orchestrated behavior from a collaboration (global) model.

Well looks like they are doing it.
