Kohei,

Regarding your issue 1100 [1].

The Working Group decided at its meeting on 12 APR 05 [2] that there was
no 
compelling reason to change the spec.

Please let the Working Group know if the resolution to this issue  
[1] is acceptable or not as soon as possible.
