Regarding Issue 964 [1].

The document [2] does contain a table in section 1.1 that defines all
namespace prefixes. 
At our meeting on 11th January 2005 [3], the workgroup therefore
unanimously agreed to close this 
issue without change.

Please let the Working Group know if this resolution   
[1] is acceptable or not as soon as possible.
