Yes you did.  Removal of wsaw:anonymous from WSDL binding spec.  CR 33 
will still manifest itself in potential future solutions (e.g. addressing 
policy) but this will narrow the scope of the problem.
Sorry, but I wont be on the call today - Paco will represent this 
proposal.
