RE: Agenda, WS-Addressing WG Note time changes and shortened meeting

Note that the time changes were based on my understanding of which areas
are in summer-time or standard time.

My times are therefore non-normative, whereas the UTC times are.

Please show up on the call at the correct time even if my time
translations are wrong :-)
