I would like to discuss the status section of the SOAP 1.1 Request
Optional Response HTTP Binding document (current draft at [1]).

The status section needs to contain some customized text about the
document and what the document is intended to do with it, which was
unclear to me based on our discussion at the F2F[2].

More to the point, I would like to know how to deal with comments, and
suggest that it would make sense to publish as a Working Draft first
before retiring the document as a Working Group Note.
