Example 2.3 lists the WSDL 1.1 namespace as:

  xmlns:wsdl11="http://www.w3.org/@@@@/@@/wsdl"

Fortunately, WSDL 1.1 is no longer in development, and we can use the
well known namespace URI:

  xmlns:wsdl11="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/"
