Hi Mark,

Nothing earth shattering, but my comments:

Add Before: plh: uncomfortable if not have 4 complete implementations
 of required features

MSEder: Asked plh to clarify what were his intentions when he
 created the charter.

 Add After:
mnot: how do people feel about 4-2?
<bob> just drop all of the optionals now and be done with it
 <Katy> I like the 4-2 proposal

MSeder: Likes Jonathan's proposal because if gives us two
implementations of all the optional features as complete
implementations of the whole specification including the required
parts and the optional parts of the specification.

Regards,

Michael Eder
