Re: ACTION: Rich to begin work on schema

I read the schema associated with the original submission, and based
on that added extensibility points in the same places in my schema.
This still only covers the core, not the WSDL or SOAP docs.

Americans might want to treat the attached as a way to build up their
tryptophane tolerance :)
