A very large +1. 

If one designs message exchanges in terms of one-way transfers, then
they can be made to work on synchronous transport (sorry MB!) protocols.
The reverse is not true. Keeping headers independent of the underlying
network protocol is, to my mind, the single most important feature of
WS-Addressing.
