Issue test9: closed

Hi all,
I've just filled in most of the blanks wrt SOAP 1.1 tests. I've simply 
copied and updated the namespaces/sample messages in most cases.
I've left out an 1105 as 1205 is so controvertial and it'd be good to 
check with Hugo before adding it.

So, I've added: 1101, 1102, 1103, 1104, 1106, 1107, 1108, 1130, 1134, 1140

With that I'm closing issue test9  -
