the "message-exchange" describes the pattern of messages a succesful
execution of the test, and not the WSDL, SOAP, whatever "MEP", which
might be the cause of the confusion.

It's a valid testcase submitted by Hugo and given the amount of 
discussion it has generated, I'd say it exposes an interoperability 
issue.
