Change summary of test documents.

I know there are changes going to take place for some of the test 
documentation; I'd like to request that when these changes are posted can 
a mailing be sent out that summarizes them?  For those of us who have 
already started down the path of implementation it can be difficult to 
find out what has changed with just deltaing the changes.  Thanks!
