The SOAP binding refers still refers to "Message Information Header"

Hi Marc.

We moved from Message Information Headers to Message Addressing
Properties. However, the SOAP binding still talks about MIHs:

    3.2 Message Information Header Required

I believe that this should be aligned. If you think it's more than
editorial, I'm happy to raise an issues at the WG level.
