Editorial Issues with Errata document

The Errata document at http://www.w3.org/2006/05/ws-addr-errata.html has a 
couple of errors in it.

1. The <title/> of the document is: Errata for SMIL 2.1 Reccomendation
2.  The link to the public archive of this list is incorrect and does not 
work.
