WS-Addressing 1.0 Core, inconsistent use of 'Endpoint Reference' (ed nit)

WS-Addressing 1.0 Core [1], Example 1-1 (in the explanation) uses the 
term 'Endpoint Reference' whereas everywhere else the term used is 
'endpoint reference' (case difference).

I would like to suggest that the case in Example 1-1 be changed to lower 
case.
