Editorial nit regd Example 1-1 in Core

Example 1-1 in Web Service Addressing 1.0 - Core [1] uses the SOAP 
binding defined in [2], but does not refer to it. A reader of the spec 
not familiar with WS-Addressing will find this a little bit confusing as 
the Core does not say anything about the SOAP binding.

I would like to suggest that a reference to the SOAP binding be added here.
