Typographic nits (Core, editorial)

The following are a few typographic nits that should be corrected in the
Core document.

- Table 1-1: The prefix S11 is not used in this doc.  Suggest striking.

- Section 2-1 [metadata]: The prefix "xsd" in "xsd:any" should be "xs".

- Example 3-1: Use pseudo-schema notation consistently.  
  Replace RelationshipType="..." with RelationshipType="xs:anyURI".

- Example 3-2, 3-3: Consistent whitespace formatting of the examples
  would make them easier to read.
