Hi Graeme,

I'm (also) very sorry to be late but I also have a few comments:

* I thought Scripting API was also a normative deliverable as the WG
Charter states:
    https://www.w3.org/2016/12/wot-wg-2016.html#deliverables

* You can revisit the following spec drafts and borrow some of the texts
for the description
on each building block (though your text already includes part of the
spec draft's text):
   - TD: https://w3c.github.io/wot-thing-description/
   - Scripting API: https://w3c.github.io/wot-scripting-api/
   - Binding Templates: https://w3c.github.io/wot-binding-templates/
   - Security&Privacy: https://w3c.github.io/wot-security/

And I concur with Michael to the importance/impact of accessibility for WoT.

Thanks a lot! I'm looking forward to meeting you in person in Prague :)
