Dear all First apologies if you have not received this e-mail thread before, because I accidentally sent to the IG members list instead of WG members. The status is as follow: * 18-22 June 2018 is the main OCF Member meeting in Chicago, which makes it tough to have the PlugFest during the weekend. * 25-29 June 2018 Barry reported the ICANN meeting in Panama, probably only affecting him. * 28 June 2018 Kaz has a meeting in Japan. Possible solutions * 11-15 June 2018 is too early * 25-29 June 2018 without Barry (apologies) and Kaz unavailable on Thursday * 2-6 July 2018 is a bit late and said to be already very hot in Korea, but might work -- needs to be checked with TTA (host) Any feedback on these options? I am currently reaching out to TTA for the 2-6 July option. Best wishes, Matthias
