New template for PlugFest participants

Dear PlugFest participatns and coordinators

As discussed in today's call, I created an updated template. It has a new structure that shall support executing the tests at the PlugFest itself, e.g., by separating issues in client and server role, and listing tasks that can be done individually with the available infrastructure:

The preparation.md should only contain overview information such as the available infrastructure, the summary table of participants and servients, and the requirements. Details are easier to find in the individual files.

A template for results-...md will follow to improve the documentation of results.
