[whatwg] getSelection().modify() in vertical writing modes

Lets find at least one example of this before we say ?many rich text editors?. Do they use modify? If so, do they use "left/right"?

I?m kind of surprised, since I believe WebKit invented the modify function, that it?s so widely used now! I would have expected use of execCommand instead.
