"Extensions must be defined so that the use of extensions does not contradict nor cause the non-conformance of functionality defined in the specification." should be either "Extensions must be defined so that the use of extensions neither contradicts nor causes the non-conformance of functionality defined in the specification." or "Extensions must be defined so that the use of extensions does not contradict or cause the non-conformance of functionality defined in the specification."
