I've added:
@media print { #configUI { display: none; } }
...which should take effect at the next PDF update.

They're not hidden, they just don't exist. The boxes are generated by
script, which Prince doesn't run.

I presume this is a font problem; if someone can provide better fonts, I'm
happy to try to hook them in.
