Given the structure of the API and the comparison to the Audio() 
functionality, I would take this to mean a continous, non-interactive 
audio/visual stream.

Flash seems more like an "applet" than a "video" to me, given that it 
consists of bytecode to be run through an interpreter rather than a set 
of passive data to be rendered.
