Also, there is an action attribute, so I think it would be wise to
include that one too, I don't think I see it mentioned at:
http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/#isindex

This:

alert(document.forms[0].action);
</script>
</body>
</html>

alerts 'http://google.com' in IE7.
