[whatwg] toDataURL() and unsupported formats

Hi,

http://whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/#todataurl0 defines that  
for unsupported values UAs must return PNG. How about returning null  
instead for unsupported types? Where there any reasons to go with  
something else?
