This would pose a problem moving forward with WF2 in contexts that do not 
yet recognise WA1 as a valid specification in its own right.

Since everyone understands what it means, it seems simplest for now to 
simply leave the spec as is. I would argue that it is obvious what 
"reflect" means in this context.
