I was wondering about section 6.2: <http://whatwg.org/specs/web-forms/current-work/#seeding> Should 'xmlns' be considered as an attribute? I was specifically wondering about "have no other non-namespaced attributes". How should those elements be processed if they have non-namespaces attributes specified by the way?
