ian, i think we need a clear definition of what form controls constitute a form's elements collection. although this information is available in the WF2 spec, it is scattered about the document. i would like to see this information in one place. the following changes potentially affect the elements collection: * new elements (<output>) * form controls may be declared outside of the form itself * repetition templates -dean
