Tech stack recommendations

This isn't an offer to redesign the site. I am just giving advice on what Tech Stack would make the most sense for the new W3C site.For general site development, you will definitely want to go with a server side rendered static site generator.Either Next or Nuxt would be the best options depending on if you prefer React or Vue.This will make the site extremely performant, easy to develop and maintain, and the site will still work even with JS turned off.As for the CMS, I'm thinking that Sanity.io would make for a good option:https://www.sanity.io/I haven't used it myself yet but it sounds like it offers the sort of editing experience that you are requesting.You can learn more about Sanity.io on this podcast episode of Shop Talk Show:https://shoptalkshow.com/episodes/372/
