Yes, I agree that R7 has similar requirements with my proposal.

BTW, I thought that the current R7 is more focused on the event
notification such as fire disaster and emergency rather than feeding of
live contents. That is reason why I suggested it as a new requirement.

If R7 is assumed that it include real-time live streaming as well as
emergency information, proposed use case "live news feeding" should be
moved into R7, and live video streaming requirement should be divided, as
you suggested. If so, I will revise proposed texts.

As an alternative, I think that it will be good to modify R7 to reflect the
usage of digital signage terminal as a good solutions for emergency.
For example, from "*Getting a real-time notification from a server*"
to "*Displaying
emergency information*"

What do you think?
