henbos has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-pc: == Remove RTCRtpReceiveParameters.encodings == - This is "at risk" - The only information is contains is "rid". Does this make any sense? We don't support receiving simulcast. Supporting that would require an extension spec. Proposal: Keep the RTCRtpReceiveParameters dictionary for extensibility, but leave it empty in this spec.
