henbos has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-stats: == Add RTCInboundRtpStreamStats.totalDecodeTime == In #150 we added totalEncodeTime. Should we add totalDecodeTime too? Arguments for and against would be similar as for totalEncodeTime. This could replace googDecodeMs in Chrome's legacy getStats API.
