Dear WebRTC Chairs, participants, As some of you already know, Vivien Lacourba changed responsibilities within the W3C staff and can no longer act as Team Contact for the Web Real-Time Communications Working Group. I'm pleased to announce that Carine Bournez joined the Working Group as new team contact. Carine joins continuing co-team contact Dominique Hazaël-Massieux to help moving the specifications forward.
