Hi all, for the record: Last week we we annouced [1] the intention to remove the label "Resolve before CR" from the single remaining open issue blocking CR transition [2], and to then request the transition. We opened for feedback until the end of October 22nd. We received one response [3] which said we need to resolve a contradiction between this spec and specs normatively referenced. In response to [3] we merged [4] which removed a contradiction versus JSEP [5] (normatively referenced). We also added a note [6]. We will now send the transition request (and use [7] as the document to base the CR on).
