The CfC periods for publishing FPWDs of 'Audio Output Devices API' [1] and 'Screen Capture API' [2] have ended, and we conclude that from WebRTC WG there is consensus to publish. We'll sync with the DAP WG, and if the situation is the same there we will work with the editors and W3C staff to make this happen.
