There doesn't seem to be a way to associate a (local) RTCIceCandidate 
with the RTCIceServer url which was used to gather that candidate.

An application might show a warning when a TURN server with TURN/TCP or 
TURN/TLS are used (assuming degraded quality for that type of transport) 
that way.
