Bug ID: 20813
Summary: Protocol security not defined
Classification: Unclassified
Product: WebRTC Working Group
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows NT
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: WebRTC API
Assignee: public-webrtc@w3.org
Reporter: matthew.kaufman@skype.net
CC: public-webrtc@w3.org
The WebRTC draft does not provide, or reference, an explanation of how media is
secured. DTLS-SRTP is mentioned once, two lines above the change log without
citation. References to 'SDP' are also inadequate to explain how to secure
media using the API.
